Futsal is a form of soccer, typically played indoors on a hard court using low-bounce futsal balls. The combination of the reduced field size and the use of the low-bounce, smaller futsal ball creates a fast-paced game where players have to manipulate the ball in tight spaces, making quick decisions under pressure. 

Sharper Footwork & Ball Mastery
Futsal uses a smaller, low-bounce ball, which forces players to stay clean and controlled in tight spaces. Players get more touches, make quicker decisions, and develop the confidence to handle the ball under pressure—skills that translate directly to the outdoor game.

Faster Reactions & Agility
The game is played in a condensed space, meaning everything happens quicker. Players are constantly accelerating, stopping, and changing direction. This builds real game speed, sharper reactions, and improved agility.

Game Intelligence & Team Play
Futsal demands movement, awareness, and communication. Players learn how to combine with teammates, create passing angles, and solve problems in real time—developing a deeper understanding of the game.

High-Intensity Fitness
With continuous action and minimal downtime, futsal naturally improves endurance, explosiveness, and overall conditioning. Players are always involved, always moving, and always engaged.

ABSOLUTELY! We highly encourage new players to play futsal as it directly contributes to their ability on the soccer field. In the right environment, new players can see huge progress in the first 1-3 months!

Our Emerge program ($90) includes 60 minute sessions every Sunday, with a total of 4 hours of Futsal training every 4 weeks.

Our Evolve program ($130) includes 90 minute sessions every Sunday, with a total of 6 hours of Futsal training every 4 weeks.

There is an additional $15 US Youth Futsal registration fee, enabling your child to play in USYF Futsal events or leagues.

Training Uniform, Fan Wear and Game Day Uniform (Coming soon) can be purchased through our Flite Sports team store, and is not included in the monthly cost.
